UFC CEO Dana White Addresses Illness of Fighters at UFC 294
Dana White, CEO of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), had the chance to talk about the multiple sicknesses of fighters who participated in the preliminaries of UFC 294 on Saturday. Two fighters had staph infections which resulted in them missing their weight.

Mike Breeden, one of the fighters exposed to have a staph infection, was three-and-a-half pounds over the 156-pound limit in his match with Anshul Jubli. Breeden won by third-round KO but had to surrender 30% of his purse due to the weight miss.

Breeden declared that his staph infection was the main reason he was unable to make the weight cut.
