Manga Planet India, a joint venture between Japanese government agency JICA and publisher Kodansha, is getting ready for its formal launch on November 15. The project is scheduled to exhibit a wide variety of manga offers during the Bengaluru Comic Con (November 15–19) and Delhi Comic Con (December 8–10) events.
