Manga Planet India, a Manga Planet subsidiary, debuted on November 15, 2023. Manga Planet India’s partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is a key component of its strategy. Manga Planet India is actively interested in Manga Shakti, a study that aims to comprehend the distinct reading habits of Indian manga aficionados, in collaboration with Kodansha. The progression persisted with the launch in 2019 of the online manga-reading platforms Manga Planet and futekiya, which would eventually unite to form Manga Planet in April 2023.
