Max Holloway Wants a Piece of Justin Gaethje for UFC 300

Former featherweight champion Max Holloway was last seen in action in August when he retired The Korean Zombie Chan-Sung Jung. The 31-year-old is currently ranked number one in the official rankings and could be the next contender for the title shot.

Aiming for the BMF Title

If the title shot doesn’t work out, Holloway is aiming for a banger of a fight that will give fans their money’s worth at UFC 300. Nicknamed ‘Blessed’, Holloway has his sights set on Justin Gaethje, who currently holds the UFC BMF title.

A Fun Fight for Fans

Holloway told Marc Raimondi for ESPN, “I’m shooting my shot for that BMF with The Highlight. I think we both would make it fun for the fans. There’s that BMF belt. I know they’re short on guys for UFC 300, so that’d be ideal.”

Conclusion

Max Holloway is hoping to get a fight with Justin Gaethje for the BMF title at UFC 300. He believes that the fight will be an entertaining one that will give fans their money’s worth. With the title shot not panning out, Holloway is looking to make the most of the opportunity at UFC 300.
