High Card Anime Unveils Second Key Visual

The creative force behind the poker-themed anime, High Card, has released a second key visual and additional cast members for the upcoming second season. FIVE NEW OLD will be performing the opening theme song for the new season, which is set to debut in January.

The original work is credited to TMS publisher, Homura Kawamoto, who is well-known for the Kakegurui franchise, and his younger brother Hikaru Muno, who wrote the Kakegurui novel. Ebimo is the original character designer.

Newly Announced Cast

The newly announced cast includes Junichi Wada, who is directing the series at Studio Hibari, Naoki Kuroyanagi, who is overseeing the scripts, and Kenichi Yamashita, Kazuhiko Inukai, and Shingo Nagai, who are contributing to the scriptwriting. Nozomi Kawano is in charge of character design.
